As President & CEO David oversees all company organization, processes, capital relationships, new product development and asset management for Lexden Capital and its affiliates. David has managed funds through three prior recessions and has both lending and investment management experience with institutional investors.

Lexden is a fully integrated real estate and infrastructure Single Family Office investor. Lexden’s focus for 2021 & 2022 will be to acquire complete & incomplete condo projects in USA suburban markets at below replacement cost & hold the assets as rental properties for 4-5 years utilizing a rental income bond to guarantee income. Lexden will also consider buying suburban hotel portfolios for conversion to residential units with the same strategy.
