Biography
Mr. Timmins serves as CEO of Atlas Management & Development (Atlas AMD). As Atlas' founder Mr. Timmins has led the start-up of Atlas AMD which currently has ~$2.2 billion of assets under management in the office, warehousing, retail and living sectors. Atlas AMD is a privately owned real estate manager and developer focused on Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In the past Mr. Timmins has established and deployed development and acquisition funds totaling over $3.5 billion of equity capital, and he has developed, acquired and managed more than $7 billion of real estate in Europe and Asia. Mr. Timmins received a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at SMU.
