Biography
Mr. Astruc is Managing Director and Head of Asset Management, Europe Living at EQT Real Estate. He oversees value creation for a €3bn pan-European portfolio invested in rental residential, student housing, self storage assets from closing to disposition of properties. Prior to EQT Partners, Mr. Astruc was Senior Fund Manager at AXA IM Real Assets, investing in hotel, hospital and data centre properties. Previously, he worked with PGIM Real Estate as Head of Transactions for France and Vice President for European Value Add investments across hotel, self storage, office and residential asset classes. He started his career at GE Real Estate investing in France.
