Biography
Founder and Managing Partner of Activen Ltd, a co-investing active management firm. Marty has worked with leading investors, developers and retailers across North America, Europe and Asia. These include Blackstone, Lincoln Property Company and Partners Group. Marty also lead a €4.0 bn Blackstone REOC workout as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and served in H&M Hennes Mauritz global leasing team in Asia. He started his investment career at Rockspring (now Patrizia AG), as Head of Nordics/Scandinavia.
