Biography
Lucía has more than 9 years of experience in real estate. She joined Arcano at the beginning of 2016 as an analyst in the Investment team inside its Real Estate Asset Management division. Prior to joining Arcano, she worked as an engineer in the Construction and Civil Works division at Acciona Agua. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria and a Master in Management specialized in International Business from IE Business School.

Alternative asset management platform, which provides institutional investors, family offices and private banking clients with access to diversified vehicles specialising in Private Equity, Venture Capital and Sustainable Infrastructure at a global level, European corporate debt and the Real Estate market in Spain and Portugal. Arcano investments in RE are primarily in residential and tertiary assets, seeking attractive returns through value-add strategies.
