Biography

Lily Lin has extensive experience in the real estate and investment industry. Lily is Head of Acquisitions at Blue Coast. Prior to that, Lily was a Managing Director at MARK. From January 2015 to September 2020, she served as the Managing Director - UK at Vanke. Before that, Lily worked at UBS Global Asset Management, holding various roles including Originations, UK Participating Real Estate Mortgage Fund; Assistant Portfolio Manager, Euro Core Property Fund; and Real Estate Acquisitions, Nordics, Benelux and UK. Lily began their career as an Investment Associate at Ascendas-Singbridge from July 2003 to May 2005.

Lily Lin earned a B.A. in French and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2000. Lily later completed an MBA at INSEAD in 2006.

The business has a team of over 50 investment professionals headquartered in London with offices in Europe and the US.
