Waldemar Wasiluk, CEO and Vice President of Victoria Dom S.A., Poland and Germany based high growth residential development company which sells 1500+ apartments per annum. Developed Berlin and Leipzig residential business and expanded Poland operation.

Zdenka Noack is the co-owner of Zeitraum Student Housing, a daughter company of Zeitgeist Asset Management. Since 2015, Zeitraum Student Housing is operating a student accommodation project in Holešovice, Prague. Zeitraum represents a new style of modern student living. As Head of Divestments at Skanska’s commercial development unit in CEE, Adrian is responsible for sourcing buyers and conducting transaction processes in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. While working at Skanska, Adrian has divested over 40 office buildings totaling almost EUR 2 bn. He has also expanded Skanska’s clients portfolio by 15 new buyers. Moreover, Adrian was involved in the sales process of Skanska’s asset in London and Helsinki. Adrian started his professional career in 1997 at Gerald Eve International. He went on to work for Knight Frank and GE Capital Golub Real Estate. Prior to joining Skanska in 2013, he worked for Echo Investment as the director responsible for the company’s asset divestments. Adrian is also coordinating the Skanska cross-border transaction team (CEE, US, and Nordics).

Dennis Selinas is a seasoned business leader with more than two decades of experience in the financial and property sectors. He possesses multidisciplinary expertise in executive management, operational and financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions advisory, private equity, trading, and derivatives structuring, among other domains. His expertise spans various asset classes, including property, distressed debt, fixed income, and precious metals, across a diverse range of institutions such as listed property companies, private equity funds, investment banks, and hedge funds. Furthermore, he has operated in a range of jurisdictions, including South Eastern Europe, China, Brazil, the Middle East, and Western Europe.

Mr. Günther Artner, CFA, has been working for Erste Group in various management functions in equity research since June 2000, responsible for more than 170 companies in Austria and the CEE region with a personal focus on the real estate sector. From March 2015 onwards, Mr. Artner was heading the Equity Capital Markets and from 2017 onwards also the Corporate DCM teams at Erste Group. In July 2022 Mr. Artner was appointed as Head of Group Commercial Real Estate at Erste Group. In addition to the Master degree from the Vienna University of Business Administration and Economics, Mr. Artner holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) degree.

Hubert has been involved in the real estate market for over 20 years. He has comprehensive knowledge of investment processes, design, financing and leasing of warehouse space, as well as real estate management and turnover. In 2014, Hubert opened a Hillwood branch in Warsaw and then built a team of experts who function efficiently in a changing business environment. Currently, as Vice President Investments at Griffin Capital Partners,, Łukasz navigates day-to-day operations across European Logistic Investment BV (ELI), a dynamically developing logistic platform and a leading player in the Polish logistics sector with high-quality and large-scale portfolio. His key responsibilities include overseeing the platform’s development, identifying new business opportunities as well as maintaining investor relations and continuously attracting potential investors.
