Ms. Hurtado has a Bachelor’s degree both in Economics and Business from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, with an MBA in corporate finance and real estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Alberto is responsible for overseeing the real estate investments in Latin America of La Caisse, formerly CDPQ. Prior to joining La Caisse in 2021, Alberto worked for ten years at BR Properties, one of Brazil’s largest publicly traded commercial real estate companies. Alberto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil.

Mr. Acevedo is currently a Vice President of the Caribbean and Latin America Region of International Lodging Development of Marriott International. Prior to join Development, Mr. Acevedo was Manager in the Development Finance Department, Global Finance of Marriott International. He was also an associate at Crown Capital Latin America, a Private Equity Investment Fund based in New York. Previously he was a Project Leader at Promotora Cancun sunset Clubs in Mexico. Prior to this he worked as a consultant with GTT Proyectos in their Mexico City office. Mr. Acevedo holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and an MBA from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.

Alfonso Munk serves as CIO - Americas at Hines, a global real estate investment manager. He is also Co-Head of Investment Management and a member of Hines' Executive and Investment Committees. With over 25 years of diverse real estate investment experience across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, he drives investment strategy for the Americas and develops global fund strategies. Prior to Hines, he held leadership roles at PGIM Real Estate and Morgan Stanley. Munk earned his MBA from Wharton and a BS from Cornell University.

Alfredo Rizo is CEO and co-founder of Terranum, a fund specialized in the development and management of office, industrial and logistics real estate projects. Previously, he served as Vice President of the Terranum Group where he played a fundamental role in the definition and implementation of the investment plan, the group's strategy, capital structure and corporate governance. Additionally, Alfredo participated in the initial phase of the structuring of the Patrimonio Estrategias Inmobiliarias (PEI), the first real estate investment vehicle in the Colombian market.

Armando Fregoso is currently President, Latin America for Prologis, Inc. in Mexico City, Mexico. He is responsible for managing a development and operating portfolio of approximately 110 million square feet, a team of 200 vibrant employees, all of our capital deployment and operations activities in Mexico and Brazil. Armando has participated in multiple leadership and career development programs, including: Dartmouth Society of Investment and Economics, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and GRI. Armando holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.

Celia Sarmiento Reyes serves as Director of Development at Meliá Hotels International, one of the world's leading hotel companies. Based in Colombia, she plays a key role in the company's expansion strategy across Latin America, focusing on identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth. With extensive experience in hospitality development and strategic planning, Sarmiento Reyes contributes to Meliá's portfolio expansion in the Colombian market. Her expertise encompasses project development, market analysis, and partnership cultivation, supporting the international hotel chain's continued growth in the region through innovative hospitality solutions.

Cyril Rocoffort serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private investment firm specializing in real estate and energy infrastructure. In his role, he focuses on identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisition opportunities across diverse asset classes. Rocoffort brings extensive experience in investment analysis, due diligence, and transaction management to support Starwood's portfolio growth. His expertise spans commercial real estate markets, financial modeling, and deal structuring, contributing to the firm's continued expansion and investment success across international markets.

David Gilmour is the Director, Real Estate at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, a role he assumed in January 2024. A CFA charterholder, he brings extensive experience in real estate investments. Prior to his current position, Gilmour had a progressive career at Cadillac Fairview from December 2014 to January 2024, advancing to Senior Director of Investments. He also serves on the boards of FibraSOMA and TERRANUM, and is an Investment Committee Member at Golgi Logistic Condominiums. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.

Edouard Schwob serves as Senior Vice President of Development for Luxury Americas and Raffles, Fairmont and Orient Express Global at Accor, one of the world's leading hospitality groups. Based in the United States, he oversees the strategic expansion and development of Accor's premium luxury hotel brands across the Americas region while managing global development initiatives for the prestigious Raffles, Fairmont and Orient Express portfolios. With extensive expertise in luxury hospitality development, Schwob plays a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, negotiating strategic partnerships, and driving brand growth in key markets. His leadership contributes to Accor's continued expansion of its ultra-luxury offerings, positioning iconic brands like Raffles and Orient Express for sustainable growth in competitive luxury travel segments worldwide.

Eduardo Pérez Marchant is the CEO of Parque Arauco, a leading retail real estate company in Latin America with more than USD 3 billions in real estate assets. Mr. Pérez Marchant joined Parque Arauco in 2013 as Corporate Finance Manager, was named CEO of Parque Arauco Colombia in 2017, CEO of the International Division (Perú and Colombia) in 2019 and CEO of Parque Arauco in 2022. MBA and MPP from the University of Chicago. Before Parque Arauco, Eduardo was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and before that he worked as portfolio manager for Santander Asset Management.

Mr. Lavín is responsible for the business development as well as the implementation of equity and debt strategies of different Prudential Real Estate Investors' Latin America investment platforms. During his tenure at PREI, Mr. Lavín has executed an aggregate of US$4.5 billion of transactions, both in public and private markets, and including debt, equity and M&A. His responsibilities also include managing PREI Latin America's relationships with investment banks, investors, commercial banks and financial institutions. Mr. Lavín has a degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESM in Mexico City and holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was recipient of the Global Star Award.

Mr. Martin del Campo is a Partner and Head of Mexico in Ares Real Estate. Prior to joining Ares in 2024, Mr. Martin del Campo was the CEO and Managing Partner of Walton Street Capital Mexico, where he led the firm's operations in Mexico. Previously, he was a Senior Director at GE Real Estate, an Investment Banking Associate at JP Morgan Securities in New York and a Senior Manager at Rabobank Nederland in Mexico City. He was also the Chair in Mexico of the Urban Land Institute and is part of the Executive Committee of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Developers. Mr. Martin del Campo holds a B.S. from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico in Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard University Business School.

Gerald is Managing Director, Head of Mexico for EQT Real Estate, a global leader in real estate investment management with US$45B of AUM, owns and operates over 2,000 properties and 375 million sqft. Before, he was Head of Capital Markets and Development for Advance Real Estate, an owner, operator and developer of industrial assets in Mexico with over US$1B of AUM. Before Advance, Gerald was part of the Real Estate group of PSP Investments, one of the largest Canadian pension investment managers. Gerald received an MBA from the John Molson School of Business of Concordia University (Canada) and a BCom in Finance and International Business from McGill University (Canada). Gerald is also a CFA Charterholder.

Ignacio Calle Cuartas is the CEO of SURA Asset Management, a role he has held since May 2016. He has led the company's growth and transformation, establishing its Savings and Retirement business as a Latin American leader in the pension industry and strengthening SURA Investments' position in asset management. Previously, he served as Chief Corporate Finance Officer at Grupo SURA and International Finance Director at Groupe Casino. Ignacio holds a Production Engineering degree from Universidad EAFIT and Master's degrees in Economics from the State University of New York and Marketing Management from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. His extensive career, which began in 1996, includes diverse leadership roles and board memberships, such as AFORE SURA and Grupo Crystal.

Jairo Corrales es el Presidente de Pei Asset Management, administrador del Pei, vehículo de inversión inmobiliaria líder en Colombia. Cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia en la industria y desde 2009 hace parte de la organización. Al frente de Pei Asset Management ha estructurado la adquisición de más de 500,000 m2 en diferentes categorías de inmuebles como comerciales, corporativos, logísticos y de usos especializados. Participó en la estructuración de la Sede Corporativa Isagen en Medellín, el Centro Comercial Plaza Central y la torre Atrio entre otros.

Jose Ruben Velarde is Senior Director and Head of the Latin America division at Jamestown. He oversees all the company’s efforts in the region and is responsible for the Latin America Fund. Mr. Velarde has over 16 years of experience in Real Estate Investments. Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Velarde served as head of the peruvian Real Estate Investments team at Credicorp Capital, he has also held positions at Interseguro, Aquario Investment Group and Prudential Real Estate Investors. Mr. Velarde holds a Bachelor’s of degree in Engineering from the University of California Irvine and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Marcelo Fedak is a Partner and Head of Real Estate at Patria Asset Management, where he leads the Real Estate business unit and drives investment strategies across Latin America. He has been instrumental in significant transactions, including the integration of Credit Suisse's Brazilian Real Estate Business and strategic industrial property acquisitions. Prior to Patria, Mr. Fedak founded and served as Managing Partner of BlueMacaw. His extensive experience includes heading Real Estate for Blackstone in Latin America and serving as Partner and Head of Real Estate at BTG Pactual, where he was responsible for US$3bn of equity invested. He also held investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, executing over US$30bn in M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr. Fedak holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from FGV – Escola de Administração de Empresas de São Paulo.

Maria Clara Aristizábal is the Head of the Real Estate Business at Grupo Argos, an infrastructure holding Company with over $15 billion in assets. She oversees 50.000 Ha of land for urban development and is a member of the investment committee of Pactia, a real estate fund with over 500.000 sqm in retail, office, industrial, self storage and hotels. She has a major in economics, a minor in mathematical economics and holds an MBA from New York University

Michel Wurman is a Managing Director Partner and Head of Real Estate at BTG Pactual, where he leads the firm's substantial investments in the Brazilian and global real estate markets. He has played a crucial role in significant acquisitions, including a R$4 billion investment in prime logistics warehouses, which represents the largest such deal by a real estate fund in Brazil. Wurman also spearheaded the successful revitalization of Ilha Pura, the former Olympic Village in Rio, transforming it into a high-standard residential area with over R$1 billion in sales. His expertise spans real estate investment strategies, urban development, and the management of large real estate portfolios, underpinning BTG Pactual's prominent position in the sector.

Oltmann Ahlers is the Head of Latin America at Manova Partners, overseeing operations in Mexico, Chile, and Peru. He joined the firm in 2016, previously holding roles in transactions, asset management, and business development. Prior to Manova, Mr. Ahlers led mixed-use projects at Metro de Santiago, Chile. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from Columbia University.

Pablo Maturana, Managing Director Development South America & The Caribbean, is responsible for the development and expansion of Hilton brands in Caribbean and South America.
Pablo brings great expertise in the real estate industry with experience in different sectors, such as, retail, multifamily and now hospitality. Working for Cencosud, one of the most relevant multi format retailers in Latin America, Pablo served in different real estate-related executive roles until he became responsible for the organic growth of the company in Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Chile and Colombia for all formats, in addition to serving in some company boards.

Raul is the CEO of a new Industrial Reit, FIBRA NEXT, the largest owner and developer of Industrial properties in Mexico. Prior to this he co-founded and Managed a Real Estate lending vehicle, CKD, launched 2017. The fund focused on issuing loans for income producing properties, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties and hotels. From 2013-2016, Raul was the President and CEO for GE in Mexico and before that he lead the Real Estate Business in GE Mexico for several years. Raúl began his career with GE in 1997 in Stamford, Connecticut with the Latin America group of GE Capital Structured Finance. Raúl is a Civil Engineer from Universidad Anáhuac and he has an MBA from Columbia University in New York.

Santiago Porta is responsible for the origination and structuring of hospitality, real estate and manufacturing investments in Latin America and the Caribbean. He has a long track record in banking, leading investments and client relationships with key private sector partners across all real estate and manufacturing subsectors and emerging markets regions -including Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia. He lives in Washington DC, US, and, before joining IFC, he worked in the structured finance and corporate finance groups at Enron and Price Waterhouse Coopers respectively. Santiago holds an MBA from IESE Business School and an Industrial Engineering Degree at Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
