Alfonso Munk
Biography
Alfonso Munk serves as CIO - Americas at Hines, a global real estate investment manager. He is also Co-Head of Investment Management and a member of Hines' Executive and Investment Committees. With over 25 years of diverse real estate investment experience across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, he drives investment strategy for the Americas and develops global fund strategies. Prior to Hines, he held leadership roles at PGIM Real Estate and Morgan Stanley. Munk earned his MBA from Wharton and a BS from Cornell University.
