La 4ª edición de Infra Mexico GRI reunirá a más de 150 líderes del sector infraestructura y energía mexicano, el cual acontecerá en Octubre de 2021 en la Ciudad de México.

Previously, he served as a Specialist in the Regulatory Policy Division of the OECD in Paris. Mr. Garcia Villarreal holds a Master in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University. He has also held key governmental roles in Mexico, including Chief of Staff to the Governor of Coahuila and Advisor to the Federal Secretary of Public Administration.
