Eduardo Pérez Marchant is the CEO of Parque Arauco, a leading retail real estate company in Latin America with more than USD 3 billions in real estate assets. Mr. Pérez Marchant joined Parque Arauco in 2013 as Corporate Finance Manager, was named CEO of Parque Arauco Colombia in 2017, CEO of the International Division (Perú and Colombia) in 2019 and CEO of Parque Arauco in 2022. MBA and MPP from the University of Chicago. Before Parque Arauco, Eduardo was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and before that he worked as portfolio manager for Santander Asset Management.

Desde el 2017 está vinculado a la plataforma inmobiliaria de SURA IM y en su rol de Director de Transacciones.

Fernando Ibárcena is the CEO and Founder of Pionero Grupo Inmobiliario, a Peruvian Real Estate Developer whose core business is the development of residential for sale and mixed use rental projects. His previous working experience was developed in Europe in the plastics blowmoulding, mineral water and banking industries. Mr. Ibárcena has a Civil Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and a MBA form IESE, Barcelona, Spain.

Jose Ruben Velarde is Senior Director and Head of the Latin America division at Jamestown. He oversees all the company’s efforts in the region and is responsible for the Latin America Fund. Mr. Velarde has over 16 years of experience in Real Estate Investments. Prior to joining Jamestown, Mr. Velarde served as head of the peruvian Real Estate Investments team at Credicorp Capital, he has also held positions at Interseguro, Aquario Investment Group and Prudential Real Estate Investors. Mr. Velarde holds a Bachelor’s of degree in Engineering from the University of California Irvine and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Maria Clara Aristizábal is the Head of the Real Estate Business at Grupo Argos, an infrastructure holding Company with over $15 billion in assets. She oversees 50.000 Ha of land for urban development and is a member of the investment committee of Pactia, a real estate fund with over 500.000 sqm in retail, office, industrial, self storage and hotels. She has a major in economics, a minor in mathematical economics and holds an MBA from New York University

Pablo Muñoz Toro serves as Managing Director at FIC - Fondo Inmobiliario Colombia, where he leads strategic initiatives in Colombia's real estate investment sector. With extensive experience in financial markets and property investment management, he oversees fund operations and portfolio development. His expertise spans real estate finance, investment strategy, and market analysis, contributing to FIC's position as a prominent player in Colombia's real estate investment landscape. Under his leadership, the company continues to develop innovative investment solutions for institutional and private investors seeking exposure to Colombian real estate opportunities.

Pablo Seminario is the CEO and Managing Partner of Caral Group since February 2017. He has +20 years of Real Estate experience, +10 years in Residential Real Estate, and +10 years in Commercial and Industrial Real Estate and +4 years in Retail Finance. +10 years in Residential Real Estate and Financian Structuring of Housing for sale Development projects; +10 years as VP Peru Real Estate (6 yrs) and VP Peru Supply Chain (4 years) of Tottus (Falabella Group); +4 yrs Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA), as their Finance and Supply Chain Manager for Gap and Old Navy. Mr. Seminario received a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley Hass School of Business. Prior to MBA he worked in housing and infraestructure construction, for 4 years.

Ramon Diez-Canedo serves as Managing Director at CCLA Group, a leading investment management firm specializing in ethical and sustainable investing. Tomás is currently Partner and Executive Vice Chairman at Grupo Campos for Latin America and the United States, a leading european industrial & logistics developer with 50+ years of experience and 70 million sf, that builds and operates large industrial facilities in Europe and Latin America. Additionally, he is the founder and General Partner of Panovian Partners and Elqui Partners. He also serves as a board member and member of the Investment Committee for Itaú Asset Management Paraguay. Before these ventures, he was the former Head of Real Estate and Private Equity Investment Strategy for MetLife LatAm. Tomás holds a BBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Columbia University.

With a Master's Degree in Marketing Management and Development of International Markets from EAE Business School in Spain. Experience development markets sales business in Latam. Responsible for the RE Club as Director of Mexico. Focused on developing relationships among entrepreneurs in the real estate market.
