Biography
Pablo Seminario is the CEO and Managing Partner of Caral Group since February 2017. Prior of this, he comes from 14 years of experience in the Retail Industry: 10 years in Tottus (Falabella Group) as the Country Peru VP of Supply Chain and Merchandise Planning (4 years), and as Country Peru VP Real Estate (6 years); and 4 years in Gap Inc. (San Francisco, CA), as their Finance and Supply Chain Manager for Gap and Old Navy. Mr. Seminario received a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and an MBA from University of California, Berkeley HassSchool of Business. Prior to MBA he worked in housing and infraestructure construction, for 4 years.
