Biography
Member of the Board at SOUTHCAP SGOIC and a shareholder of the SOUTHCAP Group, where she contributes her extensive legal and strategic expertise. A Law graduate, she began her career as a lawyer at international firms in Paris and New York, developing strong capabilities in complex and multicultural legal environments.

Her connection with the group began in 2016 as Legal Counsel, and the following year she took on the role of Executive Director. In 2018, she became a partner in the company, deepening her involvement in the group’s strategic development and sustainable growth.

Fluent in three languages, Swan has been instrumental in the legal structuring and strategic direction of SOUTHCAP, combining legal precision with a broad business perspective to align legal frameworks with strategic goals. Her work not only ensures compliance, but also strengthens governance, enhances operations, and creates long-term value for the organization.
SOUTHCAP sgoic is a real estate investment management company specialized in providing advisory investment and asset management services in Portugal. SOUTHCAP has more than 200,000 m2 of real estate assets under management, with a focus on premium offices. These assets represent an approximate value of €1 billion, spread across 25 buildings. Additionally, SOUTHCAP sgoic manages 60 tenants and makes an average investment of €7 million in improvement and maintenance projects each year.
