Biography
Sergio Talarewitz is Senior Advisor at EPISODE, where he supports the group’s international expansion strategy and the development of relationships with investors, developers, and strategic advisors. With a career defined by company growth and transformation, he was previously Partner and Managing Director at Momentum REIM, where he played a key role in establishing the firm as one of the leading players in the European flex living sector. During this period, he worked alongside the founding partners on the development and subsequent divestment of two major portfolios, in collaboration with leading operators and institutional investors including Node Living, Greystar, Bain Capital, and King Street.
