Maxim Shkolnick

Maxim Shkolnick brings over two decades of expertise in real estate investments. His first real estate transaction occurred in 2002. He later co-founded a brokerage firm in 2009, which achieved sales exceeding EUR 150 million. As the founder of the real estate portal Address.ua, he has spearheaded numerous proptech initiatives as well as accumulated significant marketing insights and experience. Since 2012, he has embraced various management roles in a number of real estate development projects. Throughout his career, Maxim's involvement as a real estate investor has encompassed deals with a total exit value exceeding EUR 250 million. Previously, he served as a managing partner at the venture capital firm Technobridge and as SVP and GM of Viewdle, which was acquired by Google in 2012. Maxim holds a Master of Laws degree in International Law.
