Javier Catón
Biography
Javier Catón is Head of Asset Management at Clikalia, a proptech company transforming the residential real estate market through technology. With a strong background in financial strategy and real estate advisory, he has been instrumental in optimizing Clikalia’s financial structure and enhancing its decision-making processes through digitalization and automation. Before joining Clikalia, Javier was Senior Manager in EY Spain’s Strategy and Transactions division and previously worked in Deloitte’s Real Estate Financial Advisory practice. He holds a degree in Architecture, a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Business Management, and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
