Biography
Izabela Vasconcelos is a leading Brazilian entrepreneur with over 25 years in commercial real estate. She holds a BBA with a minor in International Trade and is the founder and Managing Partner of SEMPRE — a national reference in property management, sales, leasing and build-to-suit projects. Known for her entrepreneurial drive and strategic vision, she specializes in identifying opportunities and developing greenfield ventures. Under her leadership, SEMPRE uses advanced integrated systems to deliver fast and high-quality service, maintaining a Net Promoter Score above 93% and managing over BRL 2 billion in assets with more than BRL 300 million in negotiations.
