Biography
Francisco García López is one of the founders and executive president of Smartrental Group. Smartrental is a group of hospitality and living brands leading the spanish market for hospitality (hostel, hotels, serviced apartments) and living (flexliving, senior and student housing). Currently, we operate +4.000 beds and +5.000 in pipeline. He is algo leading several value add investment funds in the Iberia area, with more than 300M in AUM.
