Biography
As Head of Praemia REIM Spain, I lead investment and asset management strategies across healthcare, residential, education, and hospitality sectors, with a strong focus on alternative and sustainable real estate. With over a decade of experience, I’ve held key roles at Icade Santé, Savills, and Quirónsalud, specializing in asset management, capital markets, and healthcare real estate. I was responsible for launching Icade Santé’s operations in Iberia (now Praemia REIM Care) and for building the healthcare practice at Savills Spain. Today, I manage a portfolio of over €900 million and oversee institutional capital raising for pan-European funds.
