Biography
Daniel is a senior real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the Polish market and over 30 years overall. Prior to founding immo lab, he worked with leading international advisory firms, starting at Colliers International and later at JLL, where he established and led the land investment department. He subsequently served as Managing Partner at Knight Frank, overseeing the investment business and landlord and tenant representation teams.He has advised more than 200 investors and developers across key real estate sectors: office, hospitality, logistics, residential, mixed-use, PBSA, PRS, data centres, energy storage, recycling and waste management.In recent years, immo lab advised on landmark transactions including the Sofitel Grand Sopot Hotel and Hotel Mercure Posejdon, alongside multiple land deals in Warsaw and regional markets, and continued its support for Essendi Poland. The firm also signed a three-year mandate, within a consortium, to advise a Polish bank
