Daniel Harris

Daniel is currently Chief Investment Officer at Fusion Group, one of the UK’s leading PBSA developers having developed over 7,000 beds in the last decade and with a secured development pipeline of over 10,000 beds. In his role as CIO, Daniel oversees investment strategy and capital raising. Prior to joining Fusion Group, Daniel was Senior Managing Director, Head of Real Estate Investment-Europe at Cain International for over seven years. Before joining Cain International, Daniel was with Tristan Capital Partners, where he sourced and closed over €2.5 billion of transactions, Managing Director – Investments. Before that, Daniel spent three years at Heitman, followed by five years with MGPA, where he was Head of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), specialising in regional acquisitions.
