Biography
Borja Sanchez is a Senior Architect from UEM, with experience in different assets and specialized in the living and hotel sector. He has worked in the strategy and investment department of Aedas Homes (BTR and Senior Living) and in the BTR and Coliving department of Grupo LAR. Borja has completed the real estate management program at Instituto de Empresa (IE).
SmartRental
SmartRental is a 360 Living and Hospitality operating company. SmartRental leads the Spanish market for hospitality (hostel, hotels, serviced apartments) and living (coliving, senior and student housing). Our pipeline between signed and live units is c. +4.000 beds and just announced +300M€ fund to develop the living and hospitality verticals in Iberia. Internationally, we are focused on the following markets: France, Italy, Greece, Portugal
