Biography
Małgorzata Więcko joined the Polish branch of Indotek Group as Head of Asset Management in April 2025, elevating to the board in November 2025. She has 18 years of experience in asset and property management, gained at companies including JLL, Amazon, and Accolade. Her expertise covers key market sectors: industrial, office, retail, and residential across various asset classes. She is a graduate of the University of Białystok, the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.
