Milan - a new phase for investors

As part of GRI Italia 2019, GRI Club Members will be treated to a special afternoon, enabling a new perspective of one of the most complex regeneration projects in the city and gather insights from the creators on how to really lift of large scale projects in Milan.

Hosted by Davide Albertini Petroni, MD Risanamento, members will enjoy two hours together, discussing this case study of ‘Santa Giulia’ regeneration project as well as Milan’s new opportunities with reference to the fantastic 4D model of the whole city.

This is an intimate opportunity to share success stories of urban place shaping and re-development strategies and ongoing actions for creating communities and spaces for mixed use schemes.

Starting from January 2024, he has been appointed CEO of Costim Group, an industrial group focused on real estate development and on general contracting, with real estate developments amounting to around 800 millions and a turnover of 400 millions. From 2009 to December 2023, he was Managing Director of Risanamento S.p.A, a property and development Company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, with €1 billion of Assets Under Management and CEO of all the subsidiaries of the Group. As CEO of the subsidiaries, he sold assets for € 3.0 billion: Paris properties’portfolio for €1,5 billion, a prestigious building in New York for €0,3 billion and other Italian assets for €1,2 billion.
