Ioanna Paschalidou is the Head of Portfolio Management at Henderson Park Capital Partners, leading the firm's Fund and Portfolio management teams since 2018. With over 17 years of real estate asset management experience across Europe, she has held significant roles at top firms. Before joining Henderson Park, she was a Principal at Blackstone in London, managing German office and retail portfolios worth around €5 billion. Her duties included strategy oversight for leasing, capital projects, financings, and sales. Paschalidou also held senior positions at Tishman Speyer, serving as a Senior Director in Development and Asset Management in Frankfurt and as a Portfolio Manager for their pan-European value-add fund in London. She started her career as an Analyst at JP Morgan Asset Management. Ioanna holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science from University College London.

Audrey Klein is a Partner at Spencer House Partners (www.spencerhousepartners.com) running the 3rd-party fundraising business and is based in London. Before SPH she held Head of Fundraising roles at several firms but is best known for starting the European business out of London for the Park Hill Real Estate Group, a Division of Blackstone, which she ran for 9 yrs. Prior to joining Park Hill, she ran her own business for 5 yrs marketing alternative asset funds across all asset classes to European investors comprised of pension funds, banks, family offices. She is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of business where she received an MBA, and is also a graduate of Emory University with a degree in Economics. Audrey is on the Corporate Board of Great Ormond Street Hospital and is a Non-Exec Board Member at Thriving, SFO and Planet Smart City. She is a Trustee of ULI's Charitable Trust and is on the board of Verbier 3-D.

Cherine Aboulzelof is Managing Partner & Global Co-Head for BGO Strategic Capital Partners ("BGO SCP") and sits on its global investment committee. BGO SCP provides strategic capital by way of asset and portfolio recapitalisations, structured transactions, co investments trhrough its discretionary co-mingled vehicles, and fund investments for managed accounts. Prior to joining BGO SCP platform in 2017, she has been responsible for Europe investments with two different real estate investment managers, investing across a number of real estate sectors in Europe between 2005 and 2017. She started her career in investment banking with Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. She holds an M.B.A from INSEAD and a graduate degree from EM Lyon. She is a French, British and Lebanese citizen. Cherine serves as a Non Executive Director on the board Urban Logistics REIT.

Irene Ryan is an advisory board member of GRI Women Leading RE Europe and is a Managing Director at Starwood Capital Group. Irene is responsible for the asset management of debt investments by Starwood’s international lending platform in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Since joining Starwood Capital in 2013, Irene has managed over $14bn of loans held across multi-asset classes including loans on refurbishment and construction projects. Prior to joining Starwood Capital Group, Irene worked in a real estate focussed bank in London, holding a variety of lending roles from origination to loan restructuring and recovery. Before that, she worked at KPMG in Ireland and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (FCA).

Agata Jurek-Zbrojska is a qualified legal advisor and Head of the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS – one of the largest real estate teams in Poland, comprising approximately 40 experienced lawyers For over twenty years Agata has successfully advised on the largest real estate transactions in Poland and on numerous cross-border projects, with particular focus on office, commercial, logistics and residential real estate at all stages of the investment process.

I am a highly experienced executive working across strategy, investment and finance within the UK and European real estate markets. Strategic-thinker, commercially minded individual with a broad network combined with an unwavering focus on delivery of key projects and transactions.

Jenny Wang is a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer and Head of Asset Management of Sunrise Real Estate. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of Sunrise and the asset management activities within the portfolio. She also serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Sunrise, Jenny was a Principal in the Real Estate Group at Blackstone, where she worked in the New York and London offices from 2012 to 2021. While in New York, she primarily focused on new residential and logistics investments across North America.
