I started in private practice over 25 years ago initially working with a large London based practice advising on the Industrial & Logistic sector, subsequently moving to a smaller specialist practice, providing a wide range of advice to clients. In 2006 I then joined Colliers International to focus on the Industrial & Logistics and Technology and Data Centre Sectors across the EMEA region. I am part of the Colliers Data Centre Team in the UK, along with the Colliers Technology Solutions Group Steering Committee, a specialist practice group and liaise closely with Colliers brokers globally. I have worked on projects across the EMEA region, including the FLAP (Frankfurt, London, Amsterdam and Paris) markets, the Nordics and Turkey.

Lars Schnidrig is Managing Director of nexspace data centers, a developer and operator of data centers in the DACH region, and has been working as a Managing Director (CFO / CEO) of private equity and listed companies for many years. He started in real estate investment banking at HypoVereinsbank AG, followed by senior positions at Europe's largest housing company, Vonovia SE. Lars Schnidrig then served as CEO and CFO of a listed European asset and investment management platform. Most recently, he worked as Managing Director of a large German real estate developer. Lars Schnidrig is a graduate economist and holds a Master's in Law (LL.M.) and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

An entrepreneur since childhood, I launched my first company just after turning 18. From that moment on, I never stopped creating projects, all of them linked to technology. I had the honor of presiding over Eurocloud for several years, both at the European and Spanish levels, and over time I began collaborating with the most prestigious business schools, first in Spain, such as The Valley or ISDI, and later internationally, such as MIT. “Technological Keys for Digitalization” has become one of the most iconic sessions in all of them. I entered the investment world in 2017 after the sale of Cartagon to a Dutch investment fund, which I later repurchased through Core Capital, founded by me in 2020, barely three years later.

Alex Coulter is a Real Estate Partner at Dentons, one of the world's largest law firms. Based in the UK, he specializes in commercial real estate transactions, development projects, and property investment matters. David Smith is a Senior Vice President in the European Acquisitions team at Starwood Capital. In this role, Mr. Smith is responsible for leading Starwood's equity investments in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and CEE regions and Digital Infrastructure investments on a Pan-European basis. Mr. Smith was previously a member of the International Capital Markets team at Starwood where he closed >$10bn in financing across greater than 60 transactions in 16 different countries. Prior to joining Starwood in 2016, Mr. Smith spent five years at Citi, across a number of roles in real estate finance and corporate & investment banking. Mr. Smith received a BSc. (Hons) degree in Economics and Finance from University College Dublin.

Dharman was previously Head of Data Centre Development Europe, Brookfield and help positions within some of Europe's most prominent tech companies such as Orange and Data4 Group. He is currently an independant advisor on the Data Centres asset classes

Nitin has over 25 years of rounded investment experience spanning private equity, private debt, capital markets and M&A. From 2013-2022, Nitin was Head of Direct Investments at L1 Treasury, responsible for all private equity, private debt and special situations investments within L1 Treasury. From 2013 -2019, Nitin was also a Partner in Pamploma Capital Management responsible for private debt and special situations in the credit opportunities fund. Prior to that, Nitin led the European Real Estate and Principal Finance businesses of Nomura and Bear Stearns. Nitin started his career at SG Warburg & Co (now part of UBS) in M&A.

Omar el Glaoui is Managing Director and Co-Head of the EMEA Real Estate Finance business at Citigroup, focusing on origination, structuring and distribution of senior and mezzanine debt Over an 18 year career in commercial property finance, Omar has expertise in loan underwriting, distressed acquisitions, mezzanine / equity investments, CMBS bond trading and underwriting & risk management across Europe and all traditional and operating asset classes. He joined Citi in 2014, and prior to that was with J.P. Morgan in London where he started his career in 2005.

Mr. Edberg is a senior vice president and portfolio manager in the London office, where he is part of the European real estate equity team. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2022, he was head of acquisitions at Bassac, a French-listed holding company. Before then, he was an executive director in the merchant banking division of Goldman Sachs, focusing on investments in real estate platforms, real estate assets, loans and loan portfolios secured by commercial and residential real estate, and structured equity. He began his career at J.P. Morgan in mergers and acquisitions. He has 11 years of investment experience and holds a degree from Paris Dauphine University, where he studied mathematics, computer science, and finance.
