Mark Heighton
Biography
Mark Heighton is the Head of the CMS UK Real Estate Team and is responsible for managing over 150 fee earners across the UK. He has been a member of the CMS Board for over 10 years. He focuses on all aspects of the real estate transactional market advising a range of investors, developers and occupiers in relation to, not only the traditional real estate sectors but also the newer real estate asset classes, such as renewable energy and private rented sectors. Mark also has extensive experience of property related joint ventures, trust arrangements and collaboration agreements for both investment and development projects. He has been ranked as a leading and key individual by the Legal 500 and Chambers directories for many years.
