Logan Smith is Head of European Logistics at Hines since April 2020. Previously, he oversaw Logistics and Industrial RE with BNP Paribas Real Estate. He has 19 years’ experience in logistics RE investing in Europe and North America. Prior to BNP, he served as Head of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Prologis in Europe where he and his team sourced and executed €2.2bn of transactions. In other roles, he has served as CIO of the TPG Capital owned entity P3 Logistic Parks in Prague, and Head of Acquisitions for an affiliate of Realterm Global, based in the United States. He began his career in real estate as an Associate in the Management Development Program of Security Capital Industrial Trust in Europe, which subsequently became Prologis.

Ben Bannatyne is president of Prologis Europe and chairman of the company’s European Management Executive Committee. He is responsible for Europe’s leading logistics real estate platform, which comprises 17 million square metres across 12 countries, as of 30 June 2019. Previously, Ben served as the company’s managing director and regional head for Central & Eastern Europe – a role which he held for more than seven years - with overall responsibility for the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia. Ben joined Prologis in 2008 from JLL, where he was managing director for Central Europe. An accomplished leader, Ben brings significant real estate knowledge and expertise with more than 25 years’ worth of experience.

Mike is Head of UK, overseeing all UK business operations, having previously held the position of Head of Asset Management for Europe excluding Ireland. Mike joined Kennedy Wilson Europe in October 2015 and brings over twenty years' experience in the property and investment industry. Prior to Kennedy Wilson Europe, Mike worked at The Blackstone Group for ten years, where he was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group, and latterly he led the management of its pan-European logistics business (Logicor) as well as its office portfolio. Prior to Blackstone, Mike was at Deloitte. Mike is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Thomas Karmann is managing director, regional head Northern Europe. He oversees all activities of Prologis in Germany, Benelux and the Nordics. This includes new developments, customer relations and working with local development teams. He is also responsible for the performance of all operating properties in the Northern Europe. He works in close cooperation with the finance and property management departments and leasing teams regarding the leasing and re-leasing of facilities. Karmann joined Prologis in June 2012. He has over 20 years of professional experience in logistics real estate. Prior to Prologis, he worked for the international logistics real estate developer Gazeley as senior vice president for European operations for six years

Fabrizio began his career in 1998 with General Electric, where he held various leadership positions in Europe in the Finance/BD functions until 2006. He subsequently worked for 14 years in the investment management sector, first as Head of Europe Asset Management at D.B. Zwirn & Co., then as CFO/COO of Spazio Investment NV, subsequently as CEO of Arkos Capital SA, a Swiss hedge fund manager and finally as Head of BD & Fund Raising at InvestiRE SGR, a leading Italian RE asset manager. In 2021 he joined Duff & Phelps as Managing Director of its capital markets business. Since 2023 Fabrizio joined Panattoni as Head of Capital Markets. He holds a MSc degree in Economics from the University of Genoa, where he graduated cum laude in 1996.

Mark is a founding partner of Caisson and sits on its Management Committee which oversees the overall business direction of the firm. Mark oversees Asset Management. Mark commenced his career with Houston Lawrence, the specialist Covent Garden surveying firm, in 1993 he was involved in the development of Industrial Securities, a joint venture between Houston Lawrence and Marcol specialising in development and asset management of industrial properties throughout the UK. Mark joined The iO Group (subsequently TeeslandiOG, now Valad Property Group) in 1998 to work in the UK asset management team progressing in 2001 to the establishment of a European Asset Management platform.

Stefano Tomaselli is a Managing Director in Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS) on the Private Investments team, based in London. He focuses on sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and structuring debt investments across all asset types throughout Europe. Prior to joining Blackstone in 2021, Mr. Tomaselli was an Associate Director at M&G Investments, specializing in real estate debt investments across Europe. He holds a BA with Honours from Durham University and an MSc with Distinction from Bayes Business School. Mr. Tomaselli has contributed to significant transactions, including Blackstone's first real estate debt financing in Norway.

Cen Shen is the Head of Europe and SVP at JD Property, where he has spearheaded the company's European expansion since September 2021. In this role, he oversees logistics and real estate investments across Europe, notably completing JD Property's first UK acquisition of a 361,000 sq ft warehouse in Milton Keynes. Before joining JD Property, Cen served as an Investment Director at Hines from 2014 to 2021, managing pan-European value-add strategies. He also held roles at Grainger PLC and Invesco Perpetual. Before SPH she held Head of Fundraising roles at several firms but is best known for starting the European business out of London for the Park Hill Real Estate Group, a Division of Blackstone, which she ran for 9 yrs. Prior to joining Park Hill, she ran her own business for 5 yrs marketing alternative asset funds across all asset classes to European investors comprised of pension funds, banks, family offices. She is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of business where she received an MBA, and is also a graduate of Emory University with a degree in Economics.
