Before joining Colliers International, Dorota spent 11 years as Senior Partner at Griffin Real Estate, where she was responsible for the group’s management and investments, and also for the first mezzanine fund operating in Poland. Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra is a graduated of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Cologne and the University of Duisburg-Essen.

I have been active in the real estate industry since 1996. During my business practice, I served mainly commercial real estate with a specialization in the office market. Holger Tilk is the Head of Investment Europe for Kapitel, one of the largest real estate companies from the Baltic States. Robert Dobrzycki oversees the operations in the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. He set up Panattoni Europe’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 was appointed CEO for Europe. In 14 years under Robert’s management the company has developed over 6.5 million sqm of warehouse space out of existing stock of 16 million sqm in Poland. Panattoni was recently named largest developer in Europe by PropertyEU for the third year in a row. Robert began his career with Menard Doswell & Co., an industrial real estate development company, has over 17 years of experience in the real estate business. Sylwia Toczyska brings over 25 years of experience in international accounting, taxation, and business leadership, with more than 15 years in the real estate sector. She began her career in finance at multinational companies such as Rossmann and GE, transitioning to outsourcing in 2007. Since then, she has worked with global service providers, including Vistra and Deloitte. At Vistra, Sylwia has held senior roles across accounting, tax compliance, client relationship management, and market growth in Poland and Central Europe. She led teams managing complex client engagements.
