Damian Grzywacz
Biography
Damian Grzywacz is a Managing Director with Lincoln Property Company's Poland office, bringing over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He oversees the development of key projects, including "The Form" in Warsaw, which will deliver 28,300 square meters of office space. Prior to joining Lincoln, Grzywacz spent more than a decade managing commercial real estate development and investment at companies such as Penta Real Estate and PointPark Properties. His expertise spans office, logistics, and residential developments. He was appointed Managing Director when Lincoln Property Company resumed operations in Poland in 2022, tasked with identifying further investment projects in the region.
