Holger Tilk
Biography
Holger Tilk is the Head of Investment Europe for Kapitel, one of the largest real estate companies from the Baltic States. Kapitel currently develops, owns and manages shopping centers, offices and hotels in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic and Spain, but is seeking to expand its international exposure further. Holger is responsible for Kapitel real estate acquisitions throughout of the group with special focus on Czech Republic, the Netherlands and Switzerland. Holger has a masters degree in law from University of Tartu with additional certificates from Georgetown University and University of Salzburg. In his spare time Holger enjoys beach volleyball, music and reading.

Kapitel
KAPITEL, known as ELL Real Estate until November 2017, is one of the Baltics’ largest real estate companies, engaged mainly in office and commercial RE projects in the role of developer, investor and property manager. We focus on long-term real estate investments in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Spain, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The value of Kapitel RE portfolio exceeds currently 500mEUR and over 100 000m2 of commercial RE is in active development.
