GRI’s Chinese Outbound FDI Committee, composed of our executive members and aimed at fostering dialogue with the Asian country, meets once again, this time with chinese bank CICC’s CEO, Huang Zhaohui, to discuss possible issues of cooperation, trade and investments between Brazil and China.

Headquartered in Beijing, CICC has expertise in in-depth analysis of the Chinese economy. As such, at the heart of the agenda is China’s macroeconomic data, including recent deflation and export-import pressures, the government’s private consumption boost plan and the country’s main foreign investment destinations focusing on global value chains and the possible cooperation between the two countries in sustainable infrastructure and energy.
