Renata Amaral serves as Head of Environment, Climate Change and Sustainability at Trench Rossi Watanabe, in association with Baker McKenzie. She is a leading expert in Brazilian environmental law, specializing in regulatory compliance, climate change legislation, and sustainability frameworks. With extensive experience advising multinational corporations and local businesses on complex environmental matters, Renata provides strategic counsel on ESG implementation, carbon credit transactions, and renewable energy projects. Her expertise encompasses environmental licensing, impact assessments, and regulatory risk management across various industries including mining, energy, and infrastructure development.

Amit has a Ph.D. in solar, Fulbright Scholar at NREL, USA and Chevening Fellow at King’s College, London. He works with the World Bank and is leading a $2 billion renewable portfolio in India, Bangladesh and Maldives. It includes REWA and Charanka solar park, integrated by PM Shri Narendra Modi. The project has received the World Bank Group President Award for innovation and excellence and included in the Prime Minister's book 'A Book of Innovation: New Beginnings'. His previous assignments include the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Clinton Foundation. Amit has authored two books on climate change policy & waste to energy and has several international peer-reviewed journal publications.

David Taff is the Senior Investment Manager of the Private Equity division of Siemens Financial Services, and CEO of the SFS Investment Company in Brazil. He is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of private equity investments in the Americas on behalf of Siemens Financial Services. David started his career at Bear, Stearns & Co. as an investment analyst. In this role, he was ranked in the Institutional Investor annual selection of outstanding Latin American securities analysts. David was also the CFO of a Brazilian IPP (independent power producer). Prior to joining SIEMENS, David was the Director at GE responsible for structuring and underwriting investments in strategic transactions in Latin America.

Mr. Zertuche has over 16 years of experience investing in Mexican real assets. He is former Vice-President of I2, the leading infrastructure investment manager in Mexico acquired by BlackRock in October, 2015. His prior experience is in investment banking, including M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions, asset management, strategy and operations. Mr. Zertuche was a founder of Infraestructura Institucional ("I2") in 2010, and served as Chief Financial and Investment Officer since its inception in 2010. Prior to founding Infraestructura Institucional, Mr. Zertuche served as Chief Investment and Control Officer of Mexico Retail Properties ("MRP Group"), which he co-founded in October 2002.

Pablo Otín is CEO and co-founder of Powertisand has anover 18 years in-depth experience in renewable energy in top-notch companies as well as a broad experience in wind and solar and global expertise. Otín holds a BEng (MechanicalEngineering) of Central Lancashire (UK) and University of Zaragoza (Spain). He also holdsan Executive MBA from IEB. Otín led international expansions and built platforms from scratch. Pablo Otín leads Powertis’ activities globally and is driving the company to a leading position in PV markets such as Brazil.

Mr Ralph Rosenberg is the CIO and Founding Partner at Perfin Asset. Mr. Rosenberg has been involved in all phases of Perfin’s development, since the first equity funds to its recent infrastructure investments. Mr. Rosenberg has always worked in the financial industry beginning his career at Banco Santander in 2001. Since 2006 he has been responsible for equity and infrastructure funds. He supports social projects, mainly child cancer institutions. Mr. Rosenberg holds a B.A. degree in Business MBA in Finance.

Tanya Singhal is the Founder and Director of SolarArise. SolarArise is a unique Solar PV asset management firm that owns & operates large-scale grid-connected solar projects. In 2010, after spending 4 years at Strategy Consulting at the Boston Consulting Group and working across sectors, she decided something was needed to be done to make clean solar energy an affordable reality in India. Thus started her entrepreneurial journey and SolarArise was born. Tanya, together with her co-founders, has raised over Rs 400 Cr of equity from marquee investors and Rs 800 Cr of debt. SolarArise has successfully built and operating sustainable solar PV plants of 230 MWp across remote villages in India.

Danielle Gomes de Almeida Valois is a Partner at Trench Rossi Watanabe (in association with Baker McKenzie), leading the firm's Energy practice in Brazil. Specializing in legal, regulatory, and commercial aspects of the energy sector, her expertise covers M&A, infrastructure development, and litigation. She actively shapes policy for the Brazilian energy industry, focusing on oil & gas, renewables, and the hydrogen economy. Danielle holds significant leadership roles, including LATAM Chair of Baker McKenzie's Energy, Mining and Infrastructure Global Steering Committee. Her professional achievements are consistently recognized by prominent legal directories.

Mr. Mauro has built a career in Latin America and Europe in the energy & infrastructure markets, having successfully concluded hundreds of transactions in M&A, ECM and Project Finance. At the European bank BNP Paribas, he held the role of Global co-head for the Energy Advisory team. At BTG Pactual, he was a partner focused on the coverage of clients in the energy segment. Prior to that, Mauro worked in two European financial institutions (HSBC and Dresdner Kleinwort) based in the United Kingdom and with a global scope. Mauro began his career at the Project Finance team of Banco Itau BBA, having participated in the opening of the franchise for the bank. Mr. Battisti graduated in Economics from the University of São Paulo, holding also an MBA from The Wharton School and a M.A. in International Studies from the same University of Pennsylvania.

Mauricio Baez serves as Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios (Business Development Manager) at Patria Asset Management, a leading alternative asset manager based in Brazil with a global presence. In this role, he contributes to the firm's growth and expansion initiatives. Patria Investments has over 35 years of experience, more than US$40 billion in AUM, and a team of over 700 experts. The company focuses on various asset classes including Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Real Estate across Latin America, the US, and Europe.

Tarun is an infrastructure professional working with International Finance Corporation – The World Bank Group. He manages exposures for IFC across sectors. With an academic background in Economics and Management, he is a professional with experience spanning more than two decades. His previous employers have included IDBI, IL&FS, HSBC and IBRD (The World Bank Group).
