Raul Borelli has been working for more than 15 years in the areas of consulting and litigation in administrative, regulatory and corporate law. Raul has provided legal services in the modeling of concessions and PPP projects in the areas of health, roads, education, water and sanitation services, public transportation, street lighting, among others sectors. He is partner of Manesco, Ramires, Perez, Azevedo Marques Law Firm and also responsible for the branch office of Belo Horizonte, capital of Minas Gerais state. Raul has a Master Degree in Public Law by University of São Paulo and is professor of the MBA in PPP and Concessions, promoted by LSE, FESP-SP and REDE PPP.

Ricardo Martins é Vice Presidente de Project Finance do Itaú BBA, com 17 anos de atuação neste segmento. Iniciou sua carreira no Unibanco em 2001 e acumula experiência particularmente em concessões aeroportuárias, rodoviárias e de saneamento. Participou de leilões de destaque, como dos aeroportos de Guarulhos, Viracopos, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Galeão, Fortaleza, Porto Alegre, Salvador e Florianópolis. Foi o líder da equipe em todos estes deals. Também atuou como assessor da 2ª Etapa de Concessões Rodoviárias Federais, bem como da 2ª Etapa de Concessões Rodoviárias de São Paulo, entre outros projetos. É formado em Economia pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP).

Prior to RB CAPITAL, Thiago worked at Vale and was responsible for Structure Finance and M&A in General Cargo Logistics division, he also led the spin-off of General Cargo Logistics area from Vale (current VLI) and subsequently private placement to strategic investors. Thiago made approximately R$ 2 billion in structured finance transactions to acquire logistics assets in Vale, including the negotiations for the development of second locomotive plant in Brazil.
