Biography

Noriyuki Ishikawa serves as Chief Representative of JBIC - Japan Bank for International Cooperation in Brazil. With extensive experience in international finance and development banking, he leads JBIC's strategic operations across Latin America's largest economy. His role encompasses facilitating Japanese investment in Brazil and promoting bilateral economic cooperation between Japan and Brazil. Ishikawa brings deep expertise in project finance, infrastructure development, and cross-border banking relationships. Under his leadership, JBIC Brasil continues to support sustainable development initiatives and strengthen Japan-Brazil business partnerships across key sectors including energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
