Biography
Bernardo Tavares de Almeida is a Senior Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Brazil, specializing in Public-Private Partnerships advisory since 2015. Previously, he was Executive Director of the Development Bank of Minas Gerais, managing commercial and structured operations. His background also includes leadership in PPP and concession projects at EBP and executive roles in the Minas Gerais government. He holds a Master's in Economic Regulation from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
