Biography
Valentino García is Managing Director of Boost Capital Advisor, a boutique Deal Architecture practice. His work begins where institutional capital rarely reaches: multi-generational Iberoamerican patrimony — consolidated land holdings, hotel portfolios and legacy estates held outside any market process, with clean title and no route to institutional capital. He originates these assets off-market, designs the vehicle that makes them investable — trust structures, SPVs, waterfall governance — and brings them to institutional capital ready for investment committee review. Before Boost Capital Advisor he spent two decades building Aeropureza, where he was recognized as an industry leader among specialists from 33 member countries. He holds a degree in Public Accounting and Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Current mandates span Mexico, Panama, Portugal and Canada.
