Fernando Herrera

Fernando is an executive director at PGIM Real Estate and serves as the head of Latin America Transactions and debt Capital Markets. Based in Miami, Fernando is also responsible for the global accounts portfolio, defining, coordinating, and executing investment strategies throughout Latin America. Previously, he was the senior portfolio manager for one of PGIM Real Estate's residential funds in Latin America. His responsibilities included managing relationships with PGIM Real Estate's residential joint venture partners, overseeing the acquisition and development of mixed use properties, implementing strategies and processes focused on maximizing the value of the assets, and performing the day-to-day management activities of the portfolio
