Biography
Ravindra Kumar Pandey is the Chief Financial Officer of Shriram Properties Limited, with over 22 years of experience, including 18+ years in real estate finance. A Chartered Accountant and alumnus of IIM Bangalore, he leads the company’s finance and treasury functions, driving strategic refinancing efforts that have reduced borrowing costs and strengthened lender relationships. Since joining Shriram Properties in 2017, Ravindra has played a key role in maintaining financial discipline while enabling the company’s growth. He previously held senior finance roles at Sobha, Skyline, Rolastar, and Kavveri Telecom, and is known for delivering cost-effective capital strategies and building high-performing teams.
