Biography

Parvesh Sharma serves as Managing Director & Country Head - India for Tishman Speyer Properties. He joined the company in 2011 and is responsible for developing and driving the overall business growth strategy across India. Previously, Mr. Sharma led the regional Design & Construction efforts, overseeing new project evaluations, design and development, technical due diligence, and cost analysis. His key achievements include successfully managing the completion of WaveRock, a 2.4 million sq ft campus in Hyderabad, and providing oversight for Tishman Speyer's 400-acre investment in Hyderabad, along with managing projects in Gurgaon and Chennai. Prior to Tishman Speyer, he held a role as Deputy General Manager at ICICI Bank in India.
