Volker Muench

Volker is working as a MD at Norddeutsche Landesbank, where he is responsible for originating and structuring of the financing of real estate deals across many asset classes. He has more than 25 years of professional experience in the German and international real estate market, was working inter alia for HVB Group and Hypo Real Bank International in several responsible positions from origination, underwriting, restructuring and workout, covering and managing that way all phases of the real estate investment cycle. Volker is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
