Biography
Jakub Dąbrowski is a Polish qualified lawyer in the infrastructure, projects & energy practice. For almost 20 years, he has been advising Polish and international investors, businesses and financial institutions on energy and infrastructure projects in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe, including investments related to the energy transition. Tomasz Trystuła is a Polish qualified lawyer in the real estate practice. He has over 15 years’ experience advising on some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in Poland and the wider region, including structured portfolio transactions covering all major asset classes: logistics, retail, office and residential assets.
