Biography

Thomas Charvet is the Managing Director for Greystar France, responsible for the overall management of Greystar's French business, including investment strategy, acquisitions and the growth of the development business. Thomas works closely with other country leaders in Europe to invest in purpose-built rental housing and student accommodations, as part of the wider Greystar European growth strategy.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2023, Thomas spent 15 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was a member of the board and Managing Director of Property Development —Europe.
