Biography
Tassos Kotzanastassis is the Founder and Managing Director of 8G Capital Partners Limited, a private equity real estate firm with principal and advisory activities across Europe, Asia, and Africa. With over 25 years of experience in property investment and management, he specializes in fund and asset management, transactions, and the restructuring of distressed assets. Prior to establishing 8G Capital Partners, Tassos held significant leadership roles, including a founding director position at HSBC Property Investments' European arm and a director at Prudential Real Estate Investors. He holds an MSc in Land Management and a BSc in Economics & Accounting, and is a CFA charter holder and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS). Tassos also serves as a Global Governing Trustee for the Urban Land Institute.
