Biography
Tancredi joined GWM (now Miria group) in 2012 and is currently a Partner and Head of Real Estate Strategies. He has almost 20 years of experience in the real estate PE sector. Before joining GWM, Tancredi was a Fund Manager at IDeA Fimit (now DeA Capital), Italy's leading property fund manager, where he managed funds with a total AUM of approximately € 2 billion and an Investor Relations and Fund-Raising manager. Before IDeA Fimit, Tancredi worked for Bacbcock & Brown.
