Soren Olsen
Biography
Soren Rodian Olsen is the Managing Director of Logicenters Poland, the logistics arm of Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP). Appointed in 2021, he spearheads Logicenters' expansion in the Polish market, focusing on developing sustainable warehouse facilities with a Scandinavian approach. With over 19 years of extensive experience in the Polish property market, Olsen previously served as Head of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield. His professional background also includes senior positions at Aberdeen Asset Management, Commerzbank Group, and HVB Group. He is a RICS member and holds qualifications from Copenhagen Business School and the University of Westminster. Olsen was also appointed Chair of ULI Poland in October 2021.
