Biography
Country Manager of Grupo Lar Poland since 2023. Previously over 20 years of experience in finance, working as Financial Director and Board member for a real-estate developer and manager, developing and delivering over 3.000 units. Responsible for development of Grupo Lar's activities in Poland, strategic planning, business plans, negotiations with investors. Managed and lead to the signature of 2 JV agreements for the management, construction and sale of appropriately 1.450 and 1.100 apartments in Warsaw. Participation in negotiations with investors, plot sellers, analysis of risks and opportunities, responsible for investment proposals. ACCA Fully bilingual, English and Polish, excellent French and very good Russian.
