Real Estate professional & RICS member with a background in Coworking, Coliving, and Hospitality. Leading Bob W’s expansion across Europe, one of the fastest-growing, tech-enabled serviced apartment operators for 1–90 day stays. Bob W operates in 16 countries across Europe, with more than 4,500 apartments either in operation or development. We are the only carbon-neutral hospitality operator. We sign Master Leases and Management Agreements and work with investors and developers to secure funding and develop assets ranging from 25 to 200 apartments in core European markets. Backed by some of Europe’s top VC firms and UHNW family offices. Through our joint venture with OCIM, we have multiple capital partners to acquire, invest in, and develop hotel real estate across Europe.
