Biography
Patrick Hablal is currently the Chief Investment Officer of Deva Capital, overseeing all investment activities and strategies across real estate credit, real estate equity, and corporate capital solutions in the Deva-SAI platform. Patrick has over two decades of experience in financial markets, opportunistic and special situations investments. Prior to joining Deva in 2023, Patrick was a Managing Director for the Lone Star Funds where he spent 14 years, with notable investments in NPLs portfolio, mortgages, structured products, equity investments in commercial real estate and hospitality across Europe. Prior, Patrick worked for Merrill Lynch’s real estate finance department and BNP Paribas in London and Paris.
