Jean-Frédéric Heinry
Biography
Jean-Frédéric Heinry is the Président of Altarea Entreprise Studio, which he has led since its inception in December 2019. This entity, part of Altarea, focuses on creating innovative commercial buildings by anticipating future work trends and demands. Heinry's strategic role ensures the properties are modular, multi-use, and environmentally excellent. Prior to this, he held key positions at Altarea Cogedim Entreprise, serving as Director General from 2009 and President of Cogedim Entreprise from 2018-2019. His career also includes roles as a programs director at Cogedim Entreprise (1999-2009) and operations director at Sari Ingénierie (1987-1999). Heinry is known for his contributions to projects like Tour First and Kosmo, both awarded Mipim Awards and Grand Prix Simi. He holds a DESS in urban planning from Sciences-Po Paris and an engineering degree from INSA.
